Refunds & cancellation.

Every Founding Batch preorder may be cancelled at any time before your kit ships, for any reason, for a full refund. No forms, no friction, and no questions you do not want to answer.

Write to support@shibuirituals.com from the email you reserved with, or send a message through the contact page. A person reads every message; we confirm your cancellation within two business days.

The ship window shown at reservation is an estimate. If it changes, you will be notified promptly by email, and you may cancel for a full refund. Before anything ships, you are never locked in.

Final packaging and formulation may carry minor refinements between reservation and shipment. If a refinement materially changes the formula, you will be notified before your kit ships, and you may cancel for a full refund.

When payment was collected, refunds are returned to your original payment method. Card-free reservations collect no payment. There is nothing to refund, and cancelling simply releases your place in the batch.

The post-shipment returns policy will be published on this page before the first kit ships. It will be written in the same spirit as this one: plain, fair, and without friction.
